`Youm-e-Istehsal`: ISPR releases musical tribute to Kashmir`s freedom struggle

Titled `Ja Chor Day Meri Waadi` — Leave My Valley Alone — the ISPR song honours Kashmir, its freedom fighters, and its decades-long struggle for the right of self-determination. Sung by famed classical singer Shafqat Amanat Ali, the song reminisces the aggression and violence towards Kashmir and its people at the hands of Indian forces, urged on by Prime Minister Narendra Modi`s Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) government.
